How to make delicious okroshka.

How to cook delicious okroshka? Each housewife has his own recipe. On my blog will give a few of my favorite recipes. I think you will like them.

How to make delicious okroshka.

1) Okroshka is vegetable.

Ingredients:

1 liter of bread kvass -

Potatoes - 2 pcs;

Cauliflower - 0.5 head;

Turnip - 1 pc .;

Fresh cucumbers - 1-2 pcs .;

Eggs - 2 pcs .;

Green onions - 1 bunch;

Fresh dill - 1 bunch;

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Sugar - 1 tsp;

Mustard - 1 tsp;

Salt to taste.

Cooking:

Boil and cool turnips, cauliflower and potatoes. Cut all the vegetables into cubes. Dill finely chop the onion and grind with salt to give the greens juice. We clean the eggs from the shell, separate the whites and chop them finely, and rub the yolks with mustard. Put the potatoes, yolks, sour cream into the pounded greens, pour with kvass and mix. Then add cauliflower, squirrels, cucumbers and turnips.

2). Okroshka meat team.

Ingredients:

1 liter of bread kvass -

Boiled sausages and ham - 250 gr.;

Potatoes - 1-2 pcs .;

Eggs - 2 pcs .;

Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs .;

Green onions and dill - on 1 bunch;

Sour cream - 0, 5 glasses;

Sugar - 1 tsp;

Mustard - 1 tsp;

Salt to taste.

Cooking: Boil and cool the potatoes, cut it into cubes. Ham and sausages, too, cut into cubes and mix with potatoes, finely chopped cucumbers and chopped proteins. Finely chop the greens and grind with salt. Pound yolks with mustard and sour cream. All ingredients are mixed and pour kvass.

3) Okroshka on mineral water.

Ingredients:

On 1 liter of mineral water -

Ham - 250 gr .;

Potatoes - 2 pcs .;

Eggs - 2 pcs .;

Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs .;

Green onions and dill - on 1 bunch;

Sour cream - 0, 5 liters;

Mustard - 1 tsp;

Citric acid - at the tip of a knife;

Salt to taste.

Cooking;

Boil and cool the potatoes. Ham cut into cubes, connect with chopped potatoes, proteins and cucumbers. Finely chop the greens and grind with salt. Grind the yolks with mustard and sour cream, mix well with mineral water and pour over all the chopped ingredients. Add citric acid. To taste, you can add black pepper.
