  • Flour - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Kefir - 300-400 ml.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Salt - pinch
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 70-100 ml
  • Powdered sugar - for sprinkling.

And kefir, and eggs should be at room temperature, because we get them out of the refrigerator in advance. Sift flour 2-3 times with baking powder, add salt and sugar, drive in an egg. Mix the ingredients.

Kefir is slightly heated, poured into the dough. Immediately do not add all the kefir, look at the dough. You may need more or less liquid, it all depends on the quality of flour. Kefir choose fat content of 3.2%. If it was not at hand, take sour milk. It turns out too tasty.

Knead not thick slightly sticky dough. Grease your hands with vegetable oil for convenience. Cover with a deep bowl and let stand 15-30 minutes.

Sprinkle the chopping board and rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter or more. So ready brushwood will be magnificent. If you roll thinner - the dough will come out dry.
