The dough with peanuts, cinnamon, and Earl Gray tea will be lush, despite the fact that there are no eggs, no dairy products, or yeast. Plain baking soda, vinegar and oven heat work wonders with wheat flour. Fat cream on the basis of butter or sour cream will replace ripe fruit and dried fruits. Pre-wash thoroughly and soak for 1-2 hours dried apricots with raisins in boiled water so that the layer is wet.

- 200 g of wheat flour;
- 155 g of granulated sugar;
- 60 ml of olive oil;
- 200 ml of water;

- 15 ml of vinegar;
- 5 g ground cinnamon;
- 70 grams of roasted peanuts;

- 2 mandarins;

- 50 grams of almond;

Brew a bag of tea “Earl Gray”, add granulated sugar, mix and leave to cool to room temperature.
Add extra virgin extra virgin olive oil to tea with sugar, pour a small pinch of salt without additives to balance the flavors.
Mix sifted wheat flour with soda, add the mixture to the liquid ingredients gradually, stir, the dough should be smooth, without lumps.
Roasted peanuts are ground in a mortar or we press a rolling pin so that small pieces of peanut remain. Add ground cinnamon and peanuts to dough.
Pour 6% vinegar into the finished dough, mix thoroughly. At this stage, the oven should already be heated to 180 degrees Celsius.
The detachable form is covered with baking paper, greased with vegetable oil, spread out the dough evenly.
