Most often, we use it in baby food, and very rarely eat it ourselves. And it is in vain, because dishes from broccoli are not only useful, but also very tasty. Therefore, I suggest you cook broccoli with mushrooms. A wonderful recipe, not only for vegetarians, but also an appetizing vegetable side dish for chicken or veal.

  • Broccoli - 800 grams;
  • Mushrooms - 600-700 grams;
  • Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 5-6 teeth;

Wash and divide into broccoli florets, clean the garlic, prepare the mushrooms.

We take a large saucepan, pour water into it, add some salt, and after boiling we throw broccoli florets there.
