- 1 kg of chicken wings;
- 350 g potatoes;
- 100 grams of basmatti rice;

Cut onions into rings, skip garlic cloves through a press, throw in a heated frying pan, then add chopped tomatoes, simmer for moderate heat for 10 minutes. We shift the dressing in the soup pot to the chicken.
Clean potatoes and carrots, cut large, send vegetables to the rest of the ingredients.
At this stage, add rice and seasonings. Basmatti rice is washed several times, put in a saucepan. Add curry - a mixture of seasonings for chicken and two cubes of chicken broth. However, in the case of chicken soup this is exactly what is needed: they enhance the taste.
Pour hot water into the pot, pour salt into your taste, put bay leaves and set on fire. We add salt taking into account broth cubes, they are salty!
Cook for 40-50 minutes, during which time the chicken will be soft, the meat will easily separate from the bones, and vegetables and spices will give up their juices and flavors to the broth.
Pour thick and rich soup of chicken wings into plates, add a portion of wings, sprinkle with a green onion and serve to the table with a slice of fresh rye bread. By the way, seasoning the soup with sour cream and ground pepper will also be very good.
