Cut the carrots into slices of medium thickness, it is not necessary to make it very shallow so that the carrot slices remain intact in the process of preparing pilow with pork in the meat. Add the chopped carrot, fry with onions until the vegetables are soft.
Pork tenderloin cut into cubes approximately 2 centimeters in size. Shift aside the onions with the carrot, put the meat, fry for a few minutes, pieces need to fry from all sides.
