Broccoli dishes are not popular with us. I do not know why, this cabbage is delicious, I like it more than white cabbage. From it you can cook a lot of delicious. Today I want to introduce you to the recipes that I prepare for my children.

Broccoli is very useful because of its fiber and vitamin C. It is highly recommended for weight loss diets and baby food for babies. This tasty and light cabbage is shown to almost everyone. It also, like the color one, can be easily frozen for the winter and prepare dishes all year round.

Omelet with broccoli and tomatoes

Ingredients:

Broccoli - small inflorescence;

Egg - 3 pcs .;

Milk - 0, 5 glasses;

Tomatoes - 2 pcs. small; Onion - 1 medium onion;

Any hard cheese - 100 gr;

Butter for frying;

Salt to taste.

Preparation: Disassemble the head of broccoli into florets, rinse well and weld a little. I do so, in a lightly salted boiling water I throw cabbage, turn off the gas and cover the pan. I give to stand for 5 minutes, then folds the inflorescences in a colander.

In creamy melted butter, lightly sprinkle onion, cut into half rings, then send the cabbage and tomato semicircles to the same place. Butter choose creamy ghee, since broccoli is incredibly tasty with it. In addition, it is more useful to fry on it than on plain butter.

While the vegetables are fried, I beat the eggs with milk, the better they are whipped, the more rich the omelet is. Pour vegetables, diminish heat and fry until half cooked. Then I sprinkle grated cheese and cover the pan with a lid. 5 minutes and a delicious breakfast is ready. Try it, it's just a song.

Mashed potatoes with broccoli

Ingredients:

Broccoli - 500 gr;

Potatoes - 500 gr;

Milk - 0, 5 glasses;

Butter - 50 gr.

Salt to taste.

Preparation: Put the peeled potatoes on the fire. When it is almost cooked, we throw cabbage blossoms to it and cook for 10 minutes. Then pour out the water. Add a piece of butter and chop the blender, adding milk. The recipe is very simple and tasty. This side dish is suitable for any dish, very light and satisfying.

Broccoli salad with chicken

Ingredients:

Broccoli - 1 head;

Boiled chicken breast - 1 pc .;

Sour cream 15% - 150 gr;

Green onions - 50 g;

Mustard - 1 tsp;

Wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;

Sesame seed roast - 1 pack;

Soy sauce to taste.

Cheese hard - 100 gr.

Preparation: Broccoli are disassembled into inflorescences, boiled and allowed to drain. Chop the breasts, finely chop the onions, mix everything with the cabbage. We rub cheese on a large grater and add to salad.

Now do the sauce. Add mustard and vinegar to sour cream, beat well and add soy sauce instead of salt to taste. Dress the salad with sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
