When guests are on the doorstep or there is no time for cooking a gourmet dinner, cook sausages on skewers. It turns out tasty and quite spectacular meat dish that will decorate the table. To cook it, you need a stove with a grill, but if you don’t have this, then for 5-7 minutes until ready, grease the sausages with melted butter and increase the temperature in the oven to 250 degrees to make a brown crust.

- 400 g chicken breast;
- 2 onions;
- pods of red chili;
- 50 ml of cream;
- 3 tablespoons of oat bran;
- 15 g of dill;

Remove the meat from the bones, remove the skin. Grind chicken fillet in a meat grinder or in a food processor. Minced meat can also be cooked without the use of these devices: it is easy to grind tender meat with a sharp knife on a usual cutting board. We shift the stuffing in a bowl for mixing.
We clean one head of onion from the husk, rub it on a fine grater, add to the bowl.
We clean a small pod of hot chili peppers from partitions, remove seeds. Pulp cut into small cubes. Be sure to try chilies, since the degree of its stinginess depends on the variety, sometimes a small piece is enough.
Pour cold cream into the bowl (fat content 20%). The fatter the cream, the sausages will be tastier, because chicken fillet is lean meat.
Finely chop a bunch of fresh dill, add to the stuffing. In addition to dill you can put any greens to your taste - parsley, celery or cilantro.
Season the mass with dried thyme, ground red pepper, pour about a teaspoon of coarse salt without additives.
Put oat bran in a bowl. Instead of oatmeal, you can take wheat or rye, but with oat bran you get gluten free sausages. Thoroughly knead the ingredients. It is best to put the mass on a large chopping board and chop with a sharp knife for 5 minutes.
Bamboo skewers soaked for 10 minutes in cold water. We divide the stuffing into 4-5 equal parts. Hands dipped in cold water. We form long sausages, inside we put a bamboo skewer.
We clean the second head of onions, cut them into rings 5 millimeters thick. Sprinkle baking tray with non-stick coating with vegetable oil, lay a layer of onions, on top of the raw sausages on skewers. We remove the pan in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
We heat the oven to temperatures of 220 degrees Celsius. We put the baking sheet on the middle shelf, bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn on the grill, cook under the grill for another 4-5 minutes, until golden appetizing crust.
