• 1 kg of chicken breasts;

• 2 onions;

• 2 eggs;

3. Divide into 6 parts, get 6 servings. You can make 8 bits, but they will be smaller. In this case, the oil must also be cut into 8 pieces.

4. Flatten one part of the stuffing in the palm of your hand, put a piece of cooled oil, close the same stuffing. Diligently smoothing, forming the cue ball. 5. Immediately roll in flour, shift to the board. We sculpt the rest of bits.

6. Heat the oil, lay out the molded products, fry until golden brown for 2 minutes on each side.

Chicken chops with mushrooms

Chicken chops with rice

• 150 grams of rice;

• 450 g chicken;

• 1 onion;

3. We twist the chicken and onions. You can also add a pair of garlic cloves.

4. Combine rice porridge with chicken minced meat, thoroughly mix the warm mass, leave another ten minutes to make it thick.

Natural chicken chops with cheese

This version of bits is not similar to others, since nothing is added to the stuffing, except for spices. Cheese for the filling can be used any. Ships are suitable solid varieties, processed cheese and even brine cheese. All of them are perfectly combined with chicken.


• 900 g chicken thighs;

• salt, paprika, black pepper;

• 1 tsp. dried dill;

• 1 egg;

• 150 grams of cheese;

• breadcrumbs.


1. Cut the flesh from the chicken thighs, twist. Of course, you can use the breast, but with these parts the dish turns out more tender.

2. Add egg and spices, mix. Refrigerate for an hour.

3. Cut the cheese into squares that fit inside the meatballs. Pieces should not be very thick.

4. Remove minced meat from refrigerator, re-mix. Divide into as many bits as possible, how many pieces of cheese.

5. We put two bowls: one with water, the second with breadcrumbs or use ordinary flour.

6. We moisten hands, flatten the mince in the palm of your hand, put the previously prepared cheese and make a chop, flatten.

7. Immediately put it in a bowl with crackers, sprinkle on top, transfer to a cutting board.

8. Fry the cue ball for two minutes on each side on the strongest fire. Immediately shift in the form for baking. The oven at this point was supposed to warm up to 200 degrees.

9. Put the meatballs in the oven, warm up for a quarter of an hour and serve immediately, while the cheese in the nutria is melted and tender.

Chicken chops in the oven in a creamy sauce

The recipe of chicken bits, which are prepared quite simply and quickly, as they do not require roasting in a pan. Immediately turn on the oven at 200 degrees.


• 700 g of minced meat;

• 300 ml of cream 10-15%;

• 1 clove garlic;

• 1 yolk;

• 50 grams of cheese;

• 1 onion;

• some flour;

1. Grind onions and garlic, combine it all with minced chicken. Add one chicken yolk or small egg. If the consistency is not satisfied, the mass is liquid and spreads out, then you can add a little wheat flour or semolina.

2. Sculpt chops of the classical form, sprinkle with flour, but not much. Now lay out in one layer in a blurred form.

3. We put in the oven. Bake until golden brown on top.

4. Combine the cream with grated fine cheese, salt and pepper to taste, but not much. Stir.
