Method of preparation

Meat cut into pieces of medium size (30-40 grams), fry in a pre-melted butter in such a way as to obtain a ruddy crust. Now it's time to add salt, spices, grated garlic and herbs (if desired).

Cut onions into thin strips, rub carrots on a coarse grater, add vegetables to the meat, cover and stew until the meat is soft (usually this process takes about an hour). Cut the meat into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil, add chopped onion, shredded cabbage, rings of red sweet pepper, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic. Fry for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to the pots, pour the broth and put in the oven for half an hour.
