From the name it is already clear that the time for cooking pizza is required at a minimum, which means it is necessary to facilitate the process of kneading dough.

The secret is simple: instead of dough, you can use pita bread, baguette, loaf, plain bread. You can take the ready puff pastry or in 5 minutes to prepare the filling mass. There are a lot of ways, the main thing is to choose your recipe.

What else is good fast pizza recipe? As a filling, you can use what is on hand. Fresh tomatoes, ketchup or tomato paste, onions, sausages, meat, ham, pepper, olives, mushrooms, cheeses. The list is not limited to this, it all depends on your preferences and on the products available at home.

Ingredients:

• 1 pita;

• 2 red tomatoes;

• any smoked sausage - a small piece;

How to cook:

1. Prepare all the ingredients: wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, cut the sausage into strips, rub the cheese on a grater with large teeth, mix the mayonnaise with ketchup. You must take processed cheese without any additives, because additives can spoil the whole aroma and taste of pizza.
