  • 300 g pumpkin;
  • 130 ml of kefir;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 130 g of granulated sugar;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of corn flour;
  • 150 g wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 100 g dried apricots;
  • 100 g dates;
  • 1/3 of nutmeg;
  • salt.

For pumpkin pie cream:

  • 200 g of fat cream;
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar;
  • 30 g dried apricots;
  • ground cinnamon.

We cut the pumpkin into parts, select the most ripe piece, remove the seeds, seed bag, cut off the peel.
