The incredible garlic aroma emanating from such small buns - pampushki, just crazy! They are so tempting and annoying appetite that I want to immediately bite off a piece of this soft and delicate baking. Preparing such pampushki with garlic from yeast dough is very easy, however, as eaten.
The only disadvantage of this test is that it is not in a hurry - it will have to be allowed to rise several times in order for the pampushkas to turn out to be fluffy and not knocked down.
If you ever cook such Ukrainian pastries for your relatives, they will ask you to repeat it all the time!
For 6 donuts you will need:
- 100 ml of warm water;
- 2 tbsp. l dry yeast;
- 0.5 members sugar sand;
- 0.5 tsp. salts;
- 10 ml of sunflower oil;
- 1-1.2 Art. wheat flour.
- 1 chicken yolk.
For the sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves;
- greens to taste;
- 10 ml of sunflower oil.
First of all, you need to dissolve the dry yeast in warm water. It is warm, and not in boiling water, so that they do not deteriorate. Pour the sugar and salt into a container of water, then pour in the yeast and mix them with your hand for 5 minutes, stirring lightly. Leave for 10 minutes for swelling.
Pour in 3 tbsp. flour, pour in vegetable oil and knead for 5 minutes a very thin dough - sponge, pour over the same swollen yeast.
Be sure to ensure that no lump of flour is left in it. Cover the broom with a clean, dry cloth and place in a warm place for 25-30 minutes to lift. The main thing for this test is not to rush it, but to give it a good rise!
After a specified amount of time, you will see how your opara has risen in two or even three times! After that, add the rest of the flour into it and knead the tender dough. Dampen your hands in sunflower oil and pinch small lumps of dough, rolling them into balls and putting them on a greased form. Try to leave a gap between the balls of dough, as they will increase in weight by about two.
Cover the buns again with a towel and place in heat for 30 minutes.
When the blanks become fluffy - very carefully lubricate them with a whipped yolk using a cooking brush.
Place the form in the oven at 180 ° C and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
While the pampushkas are baked, enjoy the sauce. To do this, peel the garlic zbchiki and chop them finely in a bowl or pass through a press. Crush the washed greens, for example: parsley, dill, basil, oregano, - guided by your taste, and add to bowl with garlic. Pour in the sunflower oil and mix.
Remove the finished baking from the oven and let it cool for about 5-7 minutes, then coat it with the prepared sauce on top. If this is done immediately after baking, the hot baking surface neutralizes the entire garlic flavor!
Your pampushkas with garlic flavor and greens are ready - do not forget to serve them to hot dishes. Good appetite!
Such baking is so low that you can cook it every day, especially if you have a bread machine. The cost of 6 donuts out:
