Festive salad with cheese and baked garlic is made from affordable products, but you must admit that they are the basis of most snacks. Simple and familiar foods can be prepared and served so that your holiday salad will not leave anyone indifferent to the guests.
So, we bake garlic, so it gets a sweetish taste, ruddy sides, in general, looks appetizing, but there is no reason to talk about taste. For salad dressing, we prepare homemade mayonnaise, for decoration, we will need leek, but not all, but only the top green leaves, choose a long and narrow stalk of leek.
Another tip - serve this salad in small portions, it is better for each guest to prepare a separate portion.

Ingredients for a festive salad with cheese and baked garlic
- 130 g carrots;
- 240 g semi-hard cheeses;
- 170 g fresh champignons;
- 2 heads of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 15 cherry tomatoes;
- 40 g leek;
- 40 g of mayonnaise;
- parsley for decoration.
A way to make a festive salad with cheese and baked garlic
Garlic is divided into slices, put into boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, fold into a colander, immediately shift into cold water for 2-3 minutes. After this procedure, garlic cloves are very easy to peel. Sprinkle them with salt, pour olive oil and send to a preheated oven for 10 minutes. You can wrap the garlic in foil or bake under the grill.
Cooking salad base. Semi-hard cheese rubbed on a large grater, add carrots, boiled in uniform and also grated large. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. In a pan with a non-stick coating, mix the butter and olive oil, fry the slices of mushrooms in it.
Put the champignons in the pan so that they “do not crowd”, then they will turn out roasted and rosy. The cooled mushrooms salt, separate half, mix with the rest of the ingredients. The remaining champignons will be needed for serving salad.
Baked garlic is also halved. Add half the baked garlic to the salad, season with mayonnaise. I advise you to fill the salad with homemade mayonnaise, which is much tastier and healthier than its industrial counterpart.

Serving salad. I cook small portions, for each guest, it turns out comfortable and beautiful. On a plate set the culinary ring, put a portion of salad, condense.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, rub the whites and yolks separately, put a layer of yolks for a portion of the salad, then a thin layer of grated protein.
Cherry tomatoes are cut in half, at the top of the salad lay out the baked garlic cloves, champignon slices and tomatoes. If the salad is prepared a few hours before the feast, then you need to decorate it with tomatoes before serving.
