  • 500 g of chicken (thigh, lower leg);
  • 2-3 carrots;
  • 100 g green olives;
  • 70 g leeks;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 1 grenade;
  • 15 g of green dill.

For the Dutch sauce:

  • 2 large eggs;
  • 80 g butter;
  • 1/2 lemon;
  • a pinch of red pepper, salt, sugar.

The salad will be tastier if you cook it from parts of a chicken in which muscles prevail - thighs, legs, wings. Boil chicken pieces with dill, a few chives of garlic and bay leaf. You can put peeled carrots in the broth so as not to cook it separately.

We clean the chicken skin, which is not worth adding to the salad. Remove the meat from the bones, disassemble into large pieces. Boiled carrot cut into thin circles, mix with chicken.

I have long since replaced onions in salads with leeks. Leek is sweeter, more tender, its rings can always decorate the dish, but do not forget to thoroughly wash the leek stem from the remnants of the soil.

Cut leek with rings, fry for 1-2 minutes in heated butter. Add roasted leek and green olives to chicken and carrot.

For dressing ready-made lush Dutch sauce: mix the yolks with salt, sugar and juice of half a lemon, bring the mass to a thickening in a water bath, then pour melted butter in a thin stream. Separately, beat the whites, mix with oil and yolks, and once again bring to a thickening in the bath. Season with a pinch of red pepper, dressing salad.
