In order to cook a cake in a slow cooker, you do not need to have culinary talent at all - you just need to follow the step-by-step recipe on our website. Instead of canned pineapples, you can use any other fruits or berries that combine to taste with sour cream and chocolate: cherries, oranges, tangerines and canned peaches.

For chocolate sponge cake on boiling water:
- 1 tbsp. milk;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. flour;
- 5-6 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- 1 tbsp. l soda, slaked 9% vinegar;
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil;
- 0.5 tsp. salts;
- 1 tbsp. boiling water.
For sour cream:
- 450-500 ml of 20% sour cream;
- 1 bag thickener for cream;
- 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;
- 1 can of canned pineapples for decoration.
First, bake chocolate sponge cake on boiling water - it will become the basis of your delicacy. In a deep container combine the contents of eggs and granulated sugar with salt.
Pour in the milk and whisk everything with a whisk or fork into a sumptuous foam. Optionally, you can use a mixer.
Pour in vegetable oil and quench the soda with vinegar. Do not reduce the rate of soda, otherwise your biscuit will not become airy.
Pour cocoa powder and mix everything.
Then comes the turn of wheat flour.
It will be very difficult to mix this amount of flour with a whisk, so change it to a fork. Chocolate dough will be very thick - as seen in the photo!
It is at this moment, when almost all the ingredients in the dough have already been added, pour into it 1 tbsp. boiling water and mix immediately. Now the dough will be liquid - so it should be.
Pour it into the multicooker bowl - no need to grease it, because vegetable oil has already been added to the dough.
Place the bowl in the multicooker itself, close the lid on the equipment and activate the scoreboard on the “Baking” mode for 1 hour plus or minus 10 minutes. It is best to bake for 1 hour and then check the biscuit with a wooden toothpick for dryness.
As soon as the sponge cake is baked, tilt it onto the steaming tank, turning the multicooker bowl upside down.
Then put the plate upstairs and turn it over with the biscuit. Voila, your cake base is already on the plate.
Carefully cut it horizontally into two circles and be sure to let it cool, otherwise sour cream may float.
While the biscuit circles are cooling down, make a cream of sour cream. Pour the milk product into the container, add sugar and cream thickener. Mix everything well. Open a jar of canned pineapples and pour the syrup into the cup.
Coat the bottom base with sour cream and place pineapple slices on top of it.
Cover it with the second circle and coat it again with sour cream. Spread pineapple circles or pieces over it. Place the cooked cake in a slow cooker in the cold and cool it for about 2-3 hours.
Then cut into portions and serve for dessert to the table.
