If you are bored with breakfast sandwiches as usual, we offer you an interesting recipe for toasts with cottage cheese. It turns out delicious and nourishing sweet sandwiches for tea or coffee. For the filling, you can use curd mass, chocolate curd cheese or pure curd with the addition of sugar and berries.
It is best to serve the croutons with hot powdered sugar, but they are also very tasty cold, tested more than once!
Baton or white bread - 8 pieces;
Cottage cheese - 200 g;
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
Cooking oil for frying;
Egg - 2 pcs .;
Milk - 100 ml.
What good is this recipe, so that not even fresh bread is suitable for him. Therefore, cut into a loaf or white bread into pieces no thicker than 1 centimeter.
Sliced bread? Ok, set it aside, make the stuffing. Curd shift with sugar. If it is too dry, add a little sour cream, yogurt or milk to it. Mix well until smooth.
We smear the curd mass on one piece of bread. We cover it with the second one from above. Do this with all the pieces.
