What could be simpler and tastier than regular meatballs? They bring together almost everything that we love in a meat dish - they cook quickly, taste juicy, you can eat immediately with a side dish, and from the rest you can build a hamburger or a sandwich, in short, only good and tasty!
Homemade chicken cutlets are cooked in 15 minutes, but I suggest making the recipe a bit more complicated, and making chicken breast cutlets with spinach and cheese. As a breading and addition to the stuffing, use oatmeal instead of white bread and breadcrumbs: so, despite the fact that the cutlets are fried, there will be less harm to the figure.
Be sure to make a classic Dutch sauce for meatballs, and cook homemade mashed potatoes as a side dish.

A way to cook chicken cutlets from chicken breast with spinach and cheese.
In order to make a good minced chicken fillet, you do not need to deliver a meat grinder or dirty food processor, a large enough cutting board and a sharp knife. Cutlets made from finely chopped meat are always succulent, as opposed to meat minced.
Separate the chicken fillet from the skin and bones, chop it very finely.
Add a raw chicken egg.
Finely chop a small bunch of green onions, which will make the burgers even more juicy.
Add salt to the mince, a teaspoon of ground sweet paprika and finely chopped chili.
We put oatmeal into patties, they absorb the juice that comes from the chicken and make the meat more tender. You can replace oatmeal with white bread, here, as they say, “to taste and color”.
Mix the ingredients well, lay them on the board and once again chop with a knife, now everything is together.
We put the leaves of young spinach in boiling, salted water for 1-2 minutes, then fold it over a sieve. Wet cooled leaves thoroughly, so that the cutlets do not get unnecessary water.
From the stuffing we make a round flat cake, in the center of which we put the finely chopped leaves of blanched and pressed spinach.
We put a bar of any hard cheese on spinach, the simplest possible, it won't be tasty anyway.
Gently fold the cutlet on the palm so that the cheese and spinach remain in its very center. Put the cutlet in oatmeal, crumb from all sides.
In a frying pan with a non-stick coating, heat the olive or vegetable oil for frying. Fry the patties for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown crust. Then stew under a lid on a small fire for about 5 minutes.
Serving burgers with homemade sauce or ketchup and mashed potatoes, this classic combination of products will not leave anyone indifferent.
