For this dish, you can use pickled or pickled cucumbers. In the basics of pork, meat and potatoes should be approximately equal. But you can add something more or less.


• 5-6 potatoes;

• 500 g pork;

• 3 tomatoes;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• 3 cucumbers;

Azu from pork without potatoes

Pork Azu with Mushrooms

For such a basics of pork does not necessarily take the mushrooms listed in the recipe. Feel free to use other mushrooms at your discretion. Dish with potatoes.

Pork azu with eggplants

Variant of delicious azu with pork and eggplants, which is prepared without potatoes. But at will it can be added.


• 3 eggplants;

• 700 g pork;

• 2-3 onions;

• 1 carrot;

• 4 spoons of butter;

• 2-4 cucumbers;

• garlic, greens;

• 100 g of tomato.

• 700 g pork;

• 400 g potatoes;

• 2 bulbs;

• 1 can of beans;

• 50 g of tomato;

• 4 cucumbers;

• oil, seasonings, garlic (4 cloves).


1. Cut the meat, put it in the cauldron and fry until half cooked. Then add the cucumber bows.

2. After five minutes, we toss a tomato, fry and run the potatoes.

3. Open the jar of beans, pour the marinade and also put it in the cauldron.

1. Cut the meat in bars. Turn on the stove, put the pan. Throw pork and quickly fry over high heat.

3. Turn the slow cooker on baking, pour a little oil and add meat. Fry a little and run chopped onions. Cook for about five minutes.

4. Now you can run cucumbers immediately with pepper. Stir, cook further for about five minutes.

5. Run the tomato. If the paste is concentrated, one full spoon is enough. Fry the color to become more saturated.

6. Now squeeze the garlic, put the spices and add the potatoes.

7. Fill the azu with boiling water, stir.

8. Close, move the multicooker program to the extinguishing mode, prepare the azu hour.

Pork Azu - Tips and Tricks

• Instead of fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes can be added to the basics. The taste of the dish will be brighter, but just do not forget to adjust the amount of salt.

• In order for the meat to brown to brown and not stick to the bottom of the cauldron at the tab, you need to add a little oil and warm the pot.

• Azu with fresh garlic is much more fragrant and tastier than with boiled vegetables, but it is far from always acceptable to eat such a dish. In this case, it is wiser to apply chopped fresh garlic separately on a plate, you can mix with chopped greens.
