It is not at all difficult to pickle pork in specially prepared marinade, and even a child will be able to string meat on skewers and pack it in a roasting sleeve. It is important to choose the right temperature regime of the oven and the cooking time. Usually for baking medium pieces of pickled pork you need 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients for cooking pork shashlik on a skewer in the oven:
- 1 kg of pork;
- 500 g onions;
- bamboo skewers;

For the marinade:
- 150 g onions;
- garlic head;
- 8 g smoked paprika;
- 5 g dried thyme;
- 30 ml of soy sauce;
- 100 ml of sour cream;
- 15 g of table salt;
- 30 ml of olive oil.

Making marinade for pork shish kebab. Grind in a blender or mince onions. Onion gruel mixed with salt without additives.
Peel the head of garlic. Dental skipped through a press or rub finely, add to the onion gruel.
Pour spices: ground smoked paprika and dried thyme. You can also add traditional seasonings: ground black pepper and crushed bay leaf.
Now pour about 2 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil. Despite the fact that pork meat contains fat, an oily film is still needed to make an appetizing ruddy crust.
Add sour cream and soy sauce to the marinade, mix, taste, you can add a small pinch of brown sugar or a teaspoon of honey at this stage.
Cut the pork meat into large pieces, wash, dry them with napkins.
Mix the meat with the marinade with your hands, diligently coat all the pieces. Close tightly or shift to a large jar with a lid, remove to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Put bamboo sticks in advance for 1 hour in cold water, so that they would not be charred in the oven.

Put the kebab on the skewer on top. So that the sharp end of the skewer does not pierce the sleeve, we pin a garlic clove on it.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, cook meat for about 50 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the pieces and the individual characteristics of your oven. The roasting sleeve allows you to visually determine the readiness of the meat - as soon as it acquires a delicious golden brown color, you can get the kebab out of the oven.
