- two thin pita;
- 15 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
- 5 g of mustard;
- ground smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt.
Method of cooking rolls with chicken
Delicious roll will turn out not only with fried chicken breast. Boiled chicken legs, thighs, or legs are also suitable for cooking this dish. We remove the skin, scrape the meat from the bones, disassemble the pulp into fibers. Add shallot sliced with thin rings, freshly ground black pepper, smoked paprika for flavor. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add table mustard. Mix the ingredients so that the lemon juice soaked the meat. While the marinating process is underway, let’s work on the vegetables.
Instead of the traditional green salad leaves, in the dietary version of the roll we put fresh cucumbers, which will give a lot of moisture. Cucumbers are peeled, cut into thin strips or plates, add to a salad bowl.
