Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Lavash - 1 pc.
- Hunting sausages - 2-3 pcs. (or something meat)
- Tomatoes -2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- Processed or hard cheese - 200 g
- Some vegetable oil
Preparation:
Mix eggs with sour cream and beat out into a homogeneous mass. Add your favorite spices or limit salt. Your choice.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. We are waiting until the omelette to grab on one side, and on top of almost no liquid eggs. Now using two shoulder blades, turn it over to fry the other side.
Put ready omelet on pita bread. If the pita is big, divide it in half into three parts. Put the sausages on the omelette. If there are no sausages, take something else - sausages, boiled or fried meat.
Finely chop the tomatoes into rings or half rings. Fold over sausages.
Cheese three on a fine grater and sprinkle them omelet.
