Shake the pan or turn the tubers with a spatula on the other side, fry until golden brown on medium heat. It will take 2-3 minutes, no more.
Cut a bunch of fresh dill. Garlic teeth cleaned from the husk, chopped. Throw dill and garlic into the frying pan.
Pour salt to your liking. Shake the pan so that the seasonings are mixed with oil and potatoes, warm up for 1 minute, remove from heat.
