Thin pancakes used in this recipe are prepared without yeast, they are very fast and tasty with any filling. Instead of boiled goose meat, you can use more budget - chicken.

- 200 g of boiled goose meat;
- a couple of chicken eggs;
- a little more than a glass of flour;
- half a liter of warm milk;
- tablespoon sunflower oil;
- a slice of butter;

Begin preparation with kneading dough for pancakes. To do this, we take a capacious dish, where we drive the first ingredient - chicken eggs.
