1. After separating the yolks from the proteins, beat them with a mixer, adding sugar in portions until they turn white. Then we melt the margarine and mix it with whipped yolks, salt and soda, quenched with vinegar, once again mix the resulting mass well.

2. Portions add flour to the mixture, knead the dough well, separate the fourth part from it and place in the freezer. 3. Divide the remaining dough in half. Cooking method:

1. Melt margarine in a water bath. We dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm whey or milk.

2. Beat the eggs in a blender with sugar into a thick white foam, add to them margarine and whey with yeast.

3. Pour the sifted flour into the resulting mixture, knead the dough with the thickness of sour cream and, putting it in the heat, let it come.

4. When our dough is suitable, we crush it and divide it into 3 parts, of which two more should be equal in size and the third less.
