Today on my blog I want to share one of my favorite recipes
Chicken or chicken - 1 kg;
Carrots - 1 large or 2 medium;
Green peas - 1 can (400 gr);
Sour cream - 1 cup;
Vegetable oil for roasting;
Bay leaf - 1 piece;
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the chicken into portions and fry until golden brown.
Fried pieces put in the pan. In the same oil, in which the chicken was fried, fry the carrots, grated on a large grater and put in a saucepan with pieces of chicken.
There we add sour cream.
Put the green peas together with the liquid.
Salt, pepper and add a leaf of Lavrushka.
It remains to put out the dish on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Our chicken is ready.
You can serve boiled potatoes as a side dish, or you can spaghetti.
As you can see, my chicken is Italian, a simple and quick dish. Delicious aroma and beautiful views that give carrots and peas make this dish festive. Enjoy your meal!
