Pancakes with filling or baked pancakes are cooked in many countries around the world. The fillings can be different - meat, fish, vegetarian, fruit or berry. Canned corn is a simple and affordable filling that is always at hand. Corn goes well with onions and cheese, believe me, it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients for Corn and Onion Fritters
- 70 ml of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 160 g wheat flour;
- 20 g butter in the dough;
- 60 g onion;
- 30 g of dill;

Method of making pancakes with corn and onions
We break into a bowl fresh chicken eggs, pour kefir at room temperature, add salt to taste.

We throw the corn on a sieve, when the liquid is drained, add the corn to the dough. Next, pour grated parmesan or any other hard spicy cheese into a bowl.
Season the dough - pour half a teaspoon of ground paprika, a pinch of red pepper, a pinch of dried parsley, mix thoroughly, and you can fry the pancakes.
We grease the pan with vegetable oil for frying, with a tablespoon we put small pancakes on the pan, fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
