Many of us are accustomed to the fact that the curd should be served with sugar, jam or fried cheesecakes from it, in general, should be sweet, and this is nothing more than a stereotype. Southern cuisine is replete with recipes of salted salads from fresh vegetables with cottage cheese, curd cheese, cheese, feta and the like dairy products. Not least among them is a salad with cottage cheese and spinach, especially relevant in early summer, when appetizing greens just appeared in the garden. If you prepare a dish of fatty dairy products, you get a very appetizing and fragrant pasta, which can be served as an independent dish with tomatoes, sweet peppers, stuffed with pita or pita. In general, a salad with cottage cheese, spinach and cilantro is a fresh, slightly spicy snack, with an incredibly tasty aroma of fresh cilantro and explosive pieces of chili pepper.

Ingredients for salad with curd, spinach and cilantro
- 200 g of cottage cheese with fat content of 9%;
- 30 g sour cream;
- 50 g fresh spinach;
- 20 g green onions;
- 30 g cilantro;
- 1/2 pods of red chili;
- 3 g ground red pepper;
- 3 g of sea salt;
- green onions, cherry tomatoes - to serve.

Put in a deep bowl fat, fresh cottage cheese. If there are grains in it, then it is better not to be lazy and rub through a fine sieve to get a smooth mass, but mostly now offer high-quality dairy products, so their additional processing is gradually becoming a thing of the past.
A small bunch of fresh cilantro is rinsed with cold water, chopped finely. Cut a few feathers of green onion diagonally, add to cilantro. It is better to use only the green part of onion feathers, and leave the white part for soup or fridge.
Soak fresh spinach leaves in plenty of cold water for a few minutes to wash off the sand and earth, shake off the water, cut off the stems. Fold the leaves into a tight roll, chop into thin strips about 4-5 millimeters wide, add to the salad bowl.
Approximately 1/2 pods of red hot chili are cut into small cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Season everything with ground red pepper and sea salt.
Mix the ingredients well, add 1-2 tablespoons of rich sour cream to achieve a smooth and uniform texture. According to its consistency, the curd paste should turn out to be rather thick, you shouldn’t cook it.
Put a culinary ring on a plate, fill it with curd mass. Put ice strips of green onion into ice water - in a couple of minutes they will turn into pretty ringlets.
