White bread in the oven - the basic principles of cooking

To make classic white bread, you need flour, yeast, salt and water. Of the listed ingredients, knead the dough, let it come and bake. The basis of white bread is wheat flour of the highest grade. Replacing certain products, you can get a new taste of baking. Thus, water can be replaced with milk, kefir, or yogurt, and yeast can be replaced with ferment. Eggs, vegetable or cream fat, spices, etc. are added to the dough.

Particular attention should be paid to yeast. Their quality depends on how successful the baking will turn out. It is better to use a live product, but if you could not buy one, you can use dry yeast.

Knead the dough only with your hands, even if you used a food processor for this, in the end you still need to press down on your own for two or three minutes. It is placed in a deep container and left to rise in heat for a couple of hours. Then a couple of times you need to knead the dough, but you need to do it with light movements, just letting the air out of it, if you knead, the bread will not turn out lush.

From the finished dough form a round or square bread, leave to proofing, and then bake for an hour.

Ingredients

Ingredients

Ingredients

high-speed yeast - bag;

550 g of wheat flour;

5 g of salt;

400 ml sour milk.

Method of preparation

Sieve flour through a fine sieve. Connect it with yogurt, salt and yeast. Knead the dough. It will stick slightly to the palms. We collect it in a bowl and place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Leave overnight, tightening the bowl with food film.

Ingredients

50 g Parmesan;

7 g dry yeast;

thyme - twig;

wheat flour - 270 g;

50 ml of olive oil;

a glass of warm drinking water;

two pinches of salt.

Method of preparation

Fill the yeast with warm water and stir. In a separate bowl sift flour three times. We combine it with olive oil, salt, finely grated Parmesan cheese and chopped sprig of thyme. Stir well.
