All that is needed for making ice cream are four simple ingredients: milk, sugar, cream and eggs. What is interesting is that many recipes offer to deviate from the standard "set of products." They put forward alternative cooking options, where ice cream is based on only one ingredient - cream, condensed milk or kefir.
Dairy products used in the cooking process must be fresh and of high quality. Remember that the creamy taste of ice cream is impossible without products of maximum fat content.
It is important to choose the right strawberry, so that eating it is not only a joy, but also a health benefit. The berries should be bright, rich in red, smooth, shiny, elastic and with an expressive smell of ripe berries. Green leaves on strawberries should be easily removed and fit snugly to the berry.
To the structure of ice cream was homogeneous, strawberry puree, it is desirable to strain through a sieve.
Be sure to let the ice cream infuse, do not rush to remove. It is advisable to mix the mass turning into the future ice cream every hour or even half an hour to prevent the appearance of ice and excess water in it.
Delicious fragrant ice cream with strawberries
milk - 125 ml;
granulated sugar - 150 g;
cream fat content 33% - 300 g;
In a deep bowl, whisk well, beat three yolks. Add milk and sugar, continue stirring.
The resulting liquid mass is set on fire, stirring occasionally, bringing to the state of "condensed milk".
Remove from heat, pour into a bowl, cool to room temperature, stirring constantly to avoid the formation of foam.
Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whip. Whip the cream gently mix with the cooled syrup. Pour the mixture into a wide container, cover with film and put in the freezer for an hour.
An hour later, we take out the container and move the frozen ice cream off the edges, bring down the mixer for 1 minute. Cover again with film and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Chilled ice cream once again mix with a mixer and pour into a smaller container. Cover with foil and set in the freezer for 4 hours until fully cured.
Strawberries should be washed and cleaned of tails. Add sugar to the berries to make juice. Ice cream spread portions balls, decorate with sugar strawberries - dessert is ready.
The simplest homemade strawberry ice cream - delicious summer dessert
Cream 35% fat - 430 ml;
condensed milk - 350 g;
vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
sugar - 1 tbsp. l

Pour the cream with fat content of 35% into the bowl of the blender. First, beat them at low speed. As soon as they get stronger, increase the speed to the maximum and whip the cream to the state of the cream. Add condensed milk to the cream and beat a little more until you get a fluffy and airy mass. Optionally, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
We divide ice cream into four equal parts.
Grind strawberries in a blender, adding sugar. If there is no blender, strawberries can be crushed with a fork. The resulting strawberry puree add to the base of ice cream. We shift the ice cream in containers and wait 6 hours until it completely hardens.

strawberry - 400 g
3 sprigs of mint.

Beat the cooled cream first at the first speed, then at the second and at the end at the third. Cream must be brought to a thickened mass.
Sprinkle strawberries with powdered sugar and mix in a blender. In order not to feel the bones, mashed potatoes can be filtered through a sieve. The resulting strawberry puree is sent to the cream and stir until it is light pink in color.
In plastic cups or any other molds, pour the mass, stick wooden Chinese sticks in the center of the dessert and send it in the freezer for the night.
In the morning, you and your kids will enjoy the incredibly tasty and delicate strawberry delicacy. You can decorate with slices of ripe berries and a leaf of fresh mint.
Homemade banana ice cream with strawberries and chocolate
frozen bananas - 2 pieces;
fresh strawberries - 4 pieces;
cocoa - 1 tbsp. spoon.
Bananas and strawberries are sent to the blender, here we also add 1 tbsp. spoon of condensed milk. Beat the ingredients until a smooth, sticky consistency. Pour the mass into the container. The container is sent to the freezer for an hour. The first part of the ice cream is ready.
Pour bananas into a clean blender container, add cocoa powder and 2 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk. Also actively beat. Pour into a glass and send in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, but during this time it is worth several times to mix, as the mass can crystallize.
And so we got a double dessert: strawberry ice cream with a hint of banana and chocolate. Ryazhenka - 300 ml; egg - 1 piece;
condensed milk - 100 ml;

Separate the white from the yolk. Begin to beat the protein, gradually adding powdered sugar until foaming.
Separately, beat egg yolk with powdered sugar and condensed milk.
Similarly, whites and yolks, beat the condensed milk. All the resulting whipped mixture combine and mix. Pour into container, close and put in freezer for 5-6 hours, periodically taking and beating again and again to avoid the formation of pieces of ice.

milk - 500 ml;
butter - 50 g;
sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
vanillin - 3 g;
potato starch - 0, 5 tsp;
150 g strawberries.
Pour milk into a deep saucepan and set it on gas. In the heated milk, add the butter and bring to a boil.
Separate the white from the yolk. Beat yolks with a mixer along with sugar. Add starch and vanilla to the egg mass, continue to beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add boiled yolk to the pan of boiled milk. Here the main thing is to constantly interfere, bring it to a boil again, but do not let the mass rise.
After we remove from the heat, let it cool completely and pour into a form in which the sweetness will freeze.
Usually it takes at least 5-6 hours to set. The next morning, ice cream spread on a plate, decorate with a leaf of mint and sliced in half strawberries.
Homemade kefir ice cream with strawberries
kefir - 4 glasses;
honey - 6 tsp;
strawberry - 400 g

• For a velvety taste, we recommend adding a little starch.
