Cake without baking "Hut" - a delicious homemade dessert made from cottage cheese, cookies, cocoa and butter. The ingredients for its preparation are so simple that if there is something missing from your stock, you can fill up the missing products in any convenience store. If you are in a hurry, and there is no time to wait 10 hours until cookies are soaked, then just dip it in a little warm milk before putting it on a layer of chocolate paste. Moistened with milk, it is easy to cut and the cake can be served at the table in an hour.

For the filling, you can use any fruits and berries, but they must be processed: boiled in syrup or caramelized. Fresh berries can be sprinkled with ready-made dessert before serving.

  • 2 packs of shortbread;
  • 250 g butter;
  • 350 g of fat cottage cheese;
  • 120 g of granulated sugar;
  • 5 g vanilla sugar;
  • 30 g cocoa powder;
  • 50 g canned peaches;
  • baking paper or foil.

Grind until softened and smooth the softened butter (100 g) and fine granulated sugar (50 g). Gradually add cocoa powder, instead of which you can safely use any kind of instant cocoa. I tried, it turns out too well. The finished mixture is removed in the refrigerator.

Fat cottage cheese rubbed through a fine sieve - curd paste must be thick and without grains, otherwise it will not taste good.

Add to the cottage cheese the remaining butter (150 g), vanilla sugar and granulated sugar (50 g), rub until smooth. If you like sweet desserts, then increase the amount of sugar.

Spread two layers of baking paper on a flat surface. Put three rows of cookies, leaving a gap between the rows of about 5 millimeters. With a simple pencil, mark the boundaries of the rectangle - we will put chocolate paste on this place, and then remove the cookies.

Put the cooled chocolate paste in the center of the paper. Using a knife with a wide blade, gently spread it, filling the drawn rectangle, smoothing it so that the layer turns out to be of the same thickness.
