It takes less than an hour to cook a delicious thick soup. One medium-sized chicken breast will make 6-7 standard servings, that is, two lunches for an ordinary family of three. Spinach can be taken fresh or frozen. Fresh will have to be thoroughly washed and finely chopped, and the frozen one has already been prepared - cut and pressed into convenient balls.
