  • 350 g of oatmeal;
  • 150 g white sesame;
  • 150 g raisins (light and dark);
  • 50 g dried apricots;
  • 100 candied fruits;
  • 50 g dates;

  • 100 g pumpkin seeds;
  • 100 g peanuts;
  • 40 g orange powder;
  • 150 g of honey.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Pour instant oatmeal on a dry baking sheet, send it to the oven for 5-7 minutes. We do not leave without attention, mix the flakes with a spatula so as not to burn. Then take the pan out of the oven, do not turn off the oven!

By the way, instead of oatmeal, you can prepare a mixture of various other cereals - buckwheat, wheat, rye. It is tasty and useful, as each cereal contains a certain set of trace elements.

Separately, in a frying pan with a thick bottom, fry the sesame seeds without oil. It will take only 3-4 minutes to fry them, as soon as they turn yellow a little, remove the pan from the stove, pour the seeds into flakes.

We also roast pumpkin seeds so that they are calcined, it takes 5 minutes. We put the raisins and dried apricots in a colander, pour boiling water over it, spread it on napkins so that the moisture is absorbed. Dried apricots cut into strips, add together with raisins and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.

Figs and dates should not be washed, these dried fruits are usually sold in packs, they are clean. We cut the dates and figs finely, send to the rest of the ingredients.
