Chicken goulash with baked vegetables and sausage is a tasty and inexpensive main dish for every day. It is easy to cook it - first we set the vegetables to cook in the uniform, at the same time we cook the chicken. Then we cook boiled vegetables in a heated oven and serve to the table with goulash and sausage. Try to make a varied daily menu. From banal and boring products, for example, such as chicken and potatoes, you can cook a real culinary masterpiece, if you show imagination and work a little.

Ingredients for chicken goulash with baked vegetables and sausage
- 500 g chicken breast fillet;
- 300 g raw sausage;
- 500 grams of potatoes;
- 350 g of small carrots;
- 200 ml of cream;
- 130 g onions;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 120 g of tomatoes;
- 90 g celery;
- 1 pod of red chili;
- 20 g of ginger;
- 25 g wheat flour;
- 5 g ground turmeric;
- 5 g ground red paprika;
- vegetable and butter, pepper, sugar, salt, rosemary.
Method of cooking goulash from chicken with baked vegetables and sausage
We start to cook chicken goulash with baked vegetables with the fact that we clean the onion and garlic from the husk, chop it. Put a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Then pour the vegetable oil, throw the chopped vegetables and pass over moderate heat to a translucent state.
Celery cut into cubes. We throw to the browned vegetables. Fry the celery with onions for a few minutes.
Cut the ripe red tomatoes finely, clean the chilli seeds from the seeds, cut them into rings, cut the small pieces of fresh ginger into strips.
Add chili, ginger and tomatoes as fast as possible.
Chicken breast fillet cut in narrow strips across the fibers, throw in the vegetables and fry all together for a few minutes, mix.
Pour cream into a bowl, pour ground sweet paprika and ground turmeric, wheat flour, mix the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the sauce into the pan, bring to a boil, all together add salt to your taste and pour a teaspoon of granulated sugar (without a slide).
Then put the raw chicken sausages, cover the dish with a lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove the finished goulash from the stove, cut the sausages into several pieces.
Boil until half cooked potatoes in uniform with a small carrot. Sprinkle the form with a non-stick coating with vegetable oil, lay out boiled vegetables, sprinkle with salt and thyme. We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
We put the form with vegetables on the lower shelf, bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes. Our chicken stew with baked vegetables is almost ready.
On the plate, first put goulash with gravy, then baked vegetables and sausage slices. Sprinkle with greens and freshly ground black pepper, serve the dish on the table hot.
