White poultry meat is quite dry, it must be mixed in the right proportions with vegetables and white bread, so that the meatballs turn out to be tender. If you then extinguish them in the sauce, the dish will turn out - just yummy fingers!
For the gravy, I advise you to use home-made tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes or adjika sweet pepper with tomatoes. The richer in composition of the vegetables the sauce, the tastier the sauce will be.

- 700 g chicken breast;
- 200 g zucchini;
- 130 g of white bread without a crust;
- 130 ml heavy cream;
- 35 g of dill;
- 30 g semolina;
- salt, red pepper, spice for meatballs, cooking oil.
For the sauce:
- 150 g of tomato sauce;
- 150 g sour cream;
- 25 grams of wheat flour;
- 15 ml of olive oil;
- salt, granulated sugar.

With white bread, cut off the crust, soak the crumb in cold cream or in milk. With chicken breast cut off the meat. For stuffing you only need fillets, skin and bones are left for cooking chicken broth.
Mince sliced chicken fillet and soaked bread, add finely chopped dill, ground red pepper, spices for meatballs or curry for chicken. For this amount of ingredients you need to take about 1 teaspoon of seasoning.

The young zucchini is rubbed on a large grater with seeds and peel, if only it is an early vegetable.
The rind and seeds of ripe zucchini are tough, so ripe vegetables will have to be peeled.
Pour salt to taste, thoroughly knead minced meat, put in the fridge for a while so that it gets cold.
In order for the burgers to turn out with a crust, and inside they remain juicy, they need to be breaded in semolina. So, we moisten hands in cold water, sculpt bits, we roll in semolina from all sides.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of refined cooking oil in the pan. Fry on both sides until half ready, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Making the sauce. Pour wheat flour into heated olive oil, then add tomato sauce or ketchup. You can chop a few tomatoes in a blender right with the skin and add tomato sauce to the sauce.
Next, add sour cream, salt and granulated sugar to balance the flavors. Mix the ingredients with a whisk right in the pan, bring to a boil over low heat. Cooking for 2-3 minutes.
In the thickened sweet-sour sauce we shift the chicken steak with the zucchini, cover the pan with the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
