We take soft butter, grease the parchment and sides of the baking pan, then sprinkle everything with a thin layer of semolina. Remove the form in the fridge so that the oil is frozen.
We break up three large chicken eggs in a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of fine salt. Beat for about 5 minutes, start at medium speed, gradually increasing momentum. When the eggs with sugar turn into a fluffy mass, add in small portions fat sour cream, beat everything together for another 3 minutes.
We mix in a bowl dry products for a pie - wheat flour, soda, a baking powder and a little ground turmeric. If the dough has sour ingredients, for example, sour cream, then it is necessary to add soda. Firstly, it will be more magnificent, and secondly, there will be no sour taste. Ground turmeric will give light stripes a light yellow tint.
To the dry products add a mixture of eggs, sugar and sour cream. Mix the mass with a mixer so that it turns out to be homogeneous and smooth.
On a kitchen scale, we weigh a bowl of dough for the cake, separate half of the mass, add sifted cocoa powder and ground cinnamon, stir until smooth.
Now turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees Celsius. We take the form out of the refrigerator, pour 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa dough into the center.
Then pour light dough into the center of the brown cake, wait until it spreads out a little and again, pour the dough with cocoa into the center of the circle. Repeat the procedure until all products are exhausted.
