Ingredients for French-style meat from chicken with mushrooms and potatoes
- 2 large chicken fillets;
- 100 g fresh champignons;
- 350 g potatoes;
- 50 g grated Parmesan;
- 60 g mayonnaise “Provencal”;
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary;
- 5 g ground red paprika;
- 20 g potato starch;
- salt, oil for frying.
