  • 50 g of prunes;
  • 50 g raisins;
  • 65 g of honey;
  • 150 g of nuts (almonds, wood, walnuts, cashews);
  • 100 g of Hercules;
  • 40 g white sesame;
  • 50 g of sunflower and pumpkin seeds;
  • 20 g of cane sugar;
  • 5 g ground ginger;
  • 10 g cocoa powder.
