Salads from fresh white cabbage - the most affordable dish in the winter. By itself, the vegetable is inexpensive, and many grow cabbage; there are usually several forks in the cellar. Salads are easy to prepare, and the benefits of cabbage are invaluable. I have in stock a few recipes that can be prepared in a hurry.

Salad "Sakhalin"

In fact, it may be called another way, but we brought the recipe from Sakhalin and call it that way.

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 500 gr;

Eggs - 3 pcs .;

Onion - 1 pc .;

Green peas - 1 bank;

Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;

Salt to taste.

Preparation: chop cabbage with fine straw and salt, let it infuse for about 15 minutes. Boil hard-boiled eggs and chop them finely. Onions need to try to crumble as small as possible. Now mix cabbage, eggs, onions, pour peas and season with sour cream. The salad is ready, before serving, you can decorate with greens.

Vitamin salad.

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 1 small head;

Carrots - 2 pcs .;

Onion - 1 pc .;

Greens - 1 bunch;

Green peas - 1 bank;

Lemon juice - to taste;

Sugar - to taste;

Salt - to taste;

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons. Preparation: chop cabbage into small straws and grind with salt to separate the juice. Add lemon juice and sugar, mix and let stand 10-15 minutes. Onions and greens finely cut, rubbed carrots on a large grater. We mix everything, add green peas and fill with vegetable oil.

Cabbage salad with corn and apples.

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 300 gr .;

Corn - 1 bank;

Onion - 1 pc .;

Garlic - 2 cloves;

Apples - 2 pcs. (sour);

Salt to taste;

Juice of half a lemon;

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking: chop cabbage and mash with salt. Squeeze lemon juice on it and leave for a bit. Apples grate a large grater, finely chop the onion, skip the garlic through a press. With cabbage drain the juice, if it is sour, you can rinse with water. Mix all the ingredients and season with sour cream.

Celery Salad

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 300 gr .;

Celery Root - 75 g;

Apple - 1 pc .;

Vinegar 3% - 30 grams;

Vegetable oil - 30 g .;

Salt to taste.

Preparation: Cabbage cut into strips and mash with salt. Apple and celery rub on a large grater, mix with cabbage. Season with vinegar and vegetable oil.
